Finance & Human Resources

Working in cojunction with Alabama Association of Regional Councils (AARC) and the state's other eleven regional councils, SCADC's Finance department manages accounts, grants, tax services, payroll, travel, and expense records for the agency's administrative, Area Agency on Aging, and Planning & Economic Development staff and SCADC administered projects and programs.
